AgentEnginez Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

AgentEnginez is a SaaS marketing automation platform built for licensed real estate professionals, operated by DevelopingRiches, Inc. (“AgentEnginez,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For any privacy questions or data requests, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to deliver the AgentEnginez service to you and your clients:

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, brokerage affiliation, and license information you provide at signup.
• MLS listing data retrieved on your behalf via Bridge Interactive once you connect your MLS feed.
• Social media tokens for Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, and LinkedIn, obtained via standard OAuth flows — used solely to publish content to the accounts you have authorized.
• Communications with leads handled by our chatbot, email, and SMS modules — stored on your behalf within your account.
• Payment data processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers; Stripe handles all PCI-scope data.
• Usage analytics (page views, feature usage, error logs) used to improve product performance and reliability.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the AgentEnginez SaaS service you subscribed to;
• Publish your listing content to the social media accounts you have connected;
• Generate branded market reports and marketing assets on your behalf;
• Contact leads on your behalf via SMS and email under your authorization;
• Handle billing, fraud prevention, and customer support;
• Improve product quality, reliability, and security.

We do not sell your data. We do not use Facebook or Instagram data for any purpose other than the agent-authorized posting workflow you have activated.

4. Facebook / Meta Platform Specific Disclosures

• We request the following Meta permissions: pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, and business_management.
• OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest in our Supabase database.
• Token access is restricted to the specific Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account the agent explicitly connects within the AgentEnginez dashboard.
• We publish only the agent’s own real estate listing and marketing content. We do not post to a user’s personal Facebook timeline.
• Engagement data (likes, comments, reach, impressions) retrieved from Meta is displayed back to the agent in their dashboard and is never shared with third parties.
• Agents can disconnect their Meta account at any time from the Settings page of the AgentEnginez dashboard, which immediately revokes our stored tokens.
• Data deletion: Agents may request full deletion of their Meta-linked data by emailing [email protected]. We honor verified deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Data Sharing & Subprocessors

We share data only with the subprocessors that are strictly necessary to provide the service. We do not engage in advertising data resale or marketing data brokering. Current subprocessors:

• Supabase — primary application database
• Render — application hosting
• Cloudflare — CDN, static hosting, edge security
• Stripe — subscription billing and payments
• Resend — transactional email
• Twilio — SMS delivery
• OpenAI and Anthropic — AI content generation
• Lob — printed postcard fulfillment
• Bridge Interactive — MLS data access

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and connected platform tokens while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation, after which the data is purged from our production systems. Backups roll off on a 30-day cycle thereafter.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time request:

• Access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Correction of inaccurate information;
• Deletion of your data;
• Export of your data in a portable format;
• Opt-out of non-essential communications.

8. Children

AgentEnginez is a B2B platform offered exclusively to licensed real estate professionals. The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel using multi-factor authentication. We perform an annual review of our security controls.

10. International Users

AgentEnginez is currently offered to United States customers only. All production data is hosted in US-East regions of our cloud providers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page along with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
